What is mtc touch create?
mtc touch create is mtc touch’s entertainment experience allowing customers to preview and
download different types of content. Content includes full track audio downloads
and pre-releases, live streaming of Rotana TV channels, top 10 songs, albums and
artists. Soon to come are full track video downloads, mobile content such as tones
and wallpapers.
Who can access and use mtc touch create?
You have to be mtc touch customer to use the service. For now mtc touch create service will
be available to mtc touch customers in Lebanon.
How do I access & use mtc touch create
There are four different interfaces or ways to access mtc touch create.

Do I have to own a mtc touch line to be able to use the features of this website?
Yes, having a mtc touch mobile line is necessary to be able to use this service.
How do I register?
To create an account on mtc touch create please follow the steps below:
- - You must be mtc touch subscriber to receive the SMS and be able to
register
- - Click on register button
- - Enter your country and mobile number
- - Click on Send PIN
- - You will receive an SMS with a PIN code
- - Enter the PIN code and continue registering
- - Password: Enter 6-8 alphanumeric characters. Do not include common
words or names, and combine three of these character types: uppercase letters, lowercase
letters, numbers, or symbols.
- - You must agree on terms of services and privacy policy of mtc touch
to be able to complete his registration process

What is the (my username)?
Your user name is the activated mobile number. Example for correct mobile number
to register is 00961xxXXXXXX
Where do I get the pin from?
After entering your number and clicking on send pin, wait till you get an SMS on
your mobile and enter the received pin in the slot designated for it. (Pin sent
to mobile)
You are registered and need to log in?
Registered user means that you have an account, user name and password, steps as
below

Is windows silverlight installation necessary to use and listen to songs on the website?
Yes, the installations of windows silverlight are necessary in order to use the features
of this website.

How do I purchase and download the content?
- - Choose the song you wish to download
- - Click on buy now
- - You will get a notification with details of the content. Click
Confirm in order to confirm your purchase.
- - You will receive an SMS to confirm the purchase
What if your SMS was not received?
If your mobile is out of reach or switched off you will not be able to purchase
content. Also if you do not have enough credit you will not be able to receive the
SMS confirmation and purchase content
Where do I download the content purchased?
Please go to My create section and you will see a list of all the content purchased.
How many times can I download the content?
There is a counter beside the song that indicates the number of times you can download
the song. The maximum number of songs/videos to be downloaded per user should be
disclosed. I-e: 5 is the maximum amount of songs to be downloaded per user, etc
Is the content DRM protected?
No the content is free DRM and you can download it to any PC or mobile
What if I received the SMS and the content is not in My create?
Please wait for approximately 15 minutes and the content will be added and updated
on the My create playlist.
How do I download mtc touch downloader?
Download it from My create or by clicking the banner on the home page.
Why should I download the mtc touch create downloader?
The mtc touch create downloader allows you to download music files right to your media
player or iTunes library
How do I search for specific Artist?
You have 3 search options
- - Search by artist name from the alphabetical bar below the main
image in the homepage.
- - Type artist name on keyword search box at the top.
- - Hear it tab on from navigation menu and select the Browse option: This feature display every artist with his all albums on mtc touch portal.
How do I search for a specific Album?
- - Type album name on keyword search in the corner of the page
- - Hear it tab on from navigation menu: This feature allows you to browse every artist and their albums on mtc touch portal.
Can you download a whole album at once?
No, this feature is to be added soon.
How do I search for songs?
Search by artist name from the alphabetical bar below the main image on the home
page.
- - Type artist name or album name on keyword search in the corner
of the page.

Do you pay a monthly subscription other than the price for downloading each song?
No, each song is priced separately.
Are we going to pay the same price for each service?
Each song has its price next to it.
Can we purchase more than one song or get more than one service in one package for a reduced price?

What if I made all the number of attempts to download and failed to successfully download the complete file?
Call customer care and they will investigate and reset your download counter
How do I change my password?

What video channels can we get from the service? For example can we get Rotana cinema?
The video channels that can be viewed on this website are listed in the video streaming
link.
Is it possible to buy full album instead of track by track?
No. At this time only single tracks are available for download
Are there other languages other than English & Arabic used in this website?
No, there is only English and Arabic and French to be added soon.
Can users of the site write comments or feedback?
Yes, by clicking on “contact us” at the bottom of the page
Can I get a weekly newsletter to let me know who has released a new album or a single, updates for windows silverlight and new services available on the website?
You will be updated when a new single or album is released. However, updates for
the windows silverlight is not available.
